You just need an older cheap computer to run it on with Windows It may work with Windows but I haven't tried it. I'd just dedicate a Win 97 machine to it. It supports a 40 MHz sampling rate.

Quite useful in the right conditions. Runs fine on the AC adapter provided as well. This is the Velleman HPS40 which has been in my cabinet empty of batteries for several years now. Low Hours on it. Comes with an unused carry cover. Fouth shows battery compartment is clean. No known issues. Worked whenever I went to use it. I've used several O'scopes in my career. This was never my first choice but was used on infrequent tasks when the battery power was the motivation.
To be honest. Operation at first is a little clumsy. But truthfully. Any O'scope is a little clumsy until you use it for awhile. Very few are intuitive right out of the List your items fast and easy and manage your active items.
