The song fittingly plays while Troy is telling Brianna, Anthony, and Grady the story of the Daniel Robitaille Candyman and Helen Lyle, which recounts the events of the original Candyman through shadow puppetry. It continues to play while she is murdered by the Sherman Fields version of Candyman. A record born of silver darkness, pressed onto heavyweight g white vinyl completed with undersize 75mm centre labels, housed within heavy white board inner and outer sleeves.

These are printed with a metallic silver laminate then multi-tone black and a striking neon green; the whole is enclosed in a bespoke anti-static shield bag - a metallised laminated material usually used by the electronics industry for protecting components from electrostatic interference. The bag is printed with neon green on both sides, and has a resealable grip closure.

The cues have been remixed to better suit home stereo playback. The score for Candyman II: Farewell to the Flesh was built from the original Candyman cues plus the extra music represented on this disk. Engineered by Pete Keppler assisted by Hector Castillo.
